Pre-care
We understand that family schedules often require some flexibility in dropping off and picking up. To better serve our school families, Pre-care & After-care services are available for enrolled students of GCA.
Pre-care: 7:00 a.m. -8:10 a.m.$5.00/day ($75.00 per month maximum)
Pre-care & After-care charges are billed monthly through FACTS and must be paid in full each month to remain in good standing.
After-Care
After-care: 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 p.m.$15.00/day ($200.00 per month maximum).
After School care charges begin at 3:15 p.m. for Elementary and 3:45 p.m. for Middle School.
Late pick up charges of $10.00 per 5 minute intervals (or any part of the interval) will be charged
beginning at 6:01 p.m. or 12:16 p.m. on Early Release Days. You will receive a bill for this time.
